Easy Coconut Popsicles

If you haven't noticed, we are crazy for coconut in all of its forms and in ice-cream is no exception.
Here is our favourite (and easy) recipe for yummy coconut popsicles that will make you feel like you've escaped to a tropical paradise. All you need is 4 ingredients and some popsicle moulds. 
INGREDIENTS
  • 400ml Can of Coconut Cream
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

METHOD

  1. Add the can of coconut cream, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a jug and combine well with a whisk.
  2. Add in the shredded coconut to the jug and gently stir to combine.
  3. Divide the mixture amongst the popsicle moulds, insert the popsicle sticks and pop in the freezer. They will be ready to eat in 4 hours or when frozen.

Yep, it's as easy as that 🥥
