So, of course, we are obsessed with this easy & delicious tropical smoothie which is also gluten-free and vegan.
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup of ice
- Shredded coconut to garnish (optional)
- Place ice, pineapple, banana, and coconut milk in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass & top with shredded coconut. Serve immediately & enjoy your tropical vibes smoothie.
