We generally do accept returns, refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind.
We will replace, refund or provide a store credit if your product is faulty, does not work as described by us, unfit for its common purpose or as otherwise as per Australian Consumer Laws
Returns & Exchanges
If you want to return an item for a refund or exchange, email us within 30 days at email@example.com with your details, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. The return product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and it the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your product and are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable service such as registered post.
Once your returned product is received by us, we will notify you via email with the status of your return or exchange. If your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment, or for an exchange your new product will be sent out to you.
If you were sent the wrong order or products, please email us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and order number so we can sort it out for you.
